How Not to Mess up a Great Coffee

There are 4 main stages at which we can royally mess up a great coffee. The first stage happens at the farm. The coffee can be harvested at the wrong time, meaning the beans are unripe— or the coffee may be processed or dried incorrectly, which can among other things, make decent roasting nearly impossible.
